During my recent gourmet getaway at Hotel Cinzia, I was delighted by a culinary experience that seamlessly blended innovation with tradition. The restaurant Da Christian & Manuel, which specializes in Piedmontese cuisine, offers an inviting ambiance reflective of the warm hospitality provided by the family. Dinner featured the standout risotto, a testament to the chef's skill and passion for local produce. Engaging conversations with the chef revealed a genuine commitment to culinary excellence, and I left with a gift of their specially selected risotto rice-an unexpected yet appreciated touch. Breakfast each morning was both ample and satisfying, highlighted by excellent coffee that fueled our explorations. The clean, spacious rooms and charming common areas filled with curiosities offered a home-like comfort. Conveniently located a mere 15-minute walk from the center, the hotel provides ample motorcycle parking-a thoughtful detail for fellow riders.
